Mistress Penelope is a new friend of Lily and Robert’s. Robert and Penelope decided that Lily might benefit from a disciplinary session with Penelope for recent misbehavior. So, with his blessing, Penelope held nothing back and proceeded to really let Lily have it! She starts out with two stiff leather paddles before fiercely applying the rattan cane to poor Lily’s bottom. Even though she is already bright red and welted, Penelope continues to give Lily a hard paddling with both lexan and wooden paddles to make her bottom an even deeper shade of red, sending Lily over the edge with pain. Then, as if this weren’t enough, the cruel mistress, who also happens to be an expert with the single tail, gives Lily the harshest whipping of her life, welting and even cutting her flesh! All Lily can do is cry into the back of the chair as Penelope has her way with her bottom, adjusting her attitude, while Robert watches!
