Belle is being a little brat to daddy. He is trying to fix the car so he can give her a ride and she has very little patience with him. She is nagging and rolling her eyes and telling him to hurry up. Finally, he has had it, he slams the hood of the car down and bends her over it for some good old fashioned discipline.
