Bella has been caught cheating and it is to be dealt with the severest of punishments, bastinado on her bare feet, to be administered by her two teachers.
Bella is dressed in a school pinafore, white blouse, white vest, white socks and Mary-jane shoes. The teachers, Miss Scarlet and Lady Phoenix, are dressed in white blouses, leather pencil skirts, stockings and high heels. The teacher verbally humiliate Bella, slap her face and make her kiss their feet, while they tell her what will happen with her punishment. Bella is told to strip, only keeping her white socks on. Bella is instructed to lie on her back on the floor while her feet are tied with rope to a wooden pole. The pole is held by Miss Phoenix so that Bella’s feet are held above her head. Miss Scarlet rubs Bella’s feet and removes her socks for her punishment. Each teach administers 10 severe strokes onto the bare soles. Bella is made to count the strokes.
