Mistress Penelope is a new friend of Lily and Robert’s. Robert and Penelope decided that Lily might benefit from a disciplinary session with Penelope for recent misbehavior. So, with his blessing, Penelope held nothing back and proceeded to really let Lily have it! She starts out with two stiff leather paddles before fiercely applying the rattan cane to poor Lily’s bottom. Even though she is already bright red and welted, Penelope continues to give Lily a hard paddling with both lexan and wooden paddles to make her bottom an even deeper shade of red, sending Lily over the edge with pain.
